[SLO] Cilj predmeta je seznaniti študente s pravnimi viri, nacionalnimi in evropskimi, njihovo hiearhijo in medsebojno povezavo, s temeljnimi pogoji za sklepanje pravnih poslov, učinki teh poslov in načini prenehanja obveznosti. Podrobno se seznanijo s posameznimi, v praksi najpogostejšimi tipi pogodb, pridobijo pa tudi splošna znanja s področja industrijske lastnine in avtorskega prava. S področja delovnega prava in prava družb pridobijo osnovna znanja, vezana na pogodbo o zaposlitvi in značilnosti posameznih gospodarskih družb ter postopke insolventnosti.
V okviru predmeta potekajo predavanja in vaje na katerih se študenti seznanijo s praktičnimi primeri obravnavanih tem.
Študenti pridobijo naslednje kompetence: znanje osnov pravoznanstva, poznavanje temeljnih načel in osnov obligacijskih razmerij, poznavanje zakonske ureditve v praksi najpogostejših pogodb, poznavanje prava intelektualne lastnine, poznavanje temeljnih značilnosti posameznih gospodarskih družb in posebnosti obligacijskih razmerij v postopkih insolventnosti, poznavanje ureditve delovnih razmerij.
[ENG] The primary goal of this course is to teach students with legal resources – national and european, mutual relationship between legal resources, with basis conditions of contracting, effects of contracts and expiration of an obligation. Students learn in detail with the individual, in practice, the most common types of contracts, as well as acquire general knowledge in the field of industrial property and copyright law. In the field of labor law and company law they acquire the basic skills related to the employment contract and the characteristics of individual companies and insolvency procedures.
In the context of an ongoing lecture and exercises in which students become acquainted with practical examples of this.
